KCO heads to the Garden State for the season's first soiree 

2010 is the 200th anniversary of the births of Frederick Chopin and Robert Schumann. You are invited to hear their music as they often presented it, among an intimate circle of friends. KCO musicians with Music Director Gary S. Fagin will also perform the music of Stephen Foster, Chopin's and Schumann's contemporary. Lively mazurkas, lyrical nocturnes, beautiful songs -- just as would have been experienced in a 19th-century salon!  Please join us Saturday, October 2, 6pm to 8pm, at beautiful Davis Johnson Park in Tenafly, New Jersey (Engle St. & Westervelt Avenue).
